The South Philadelphia Boys & Girls Club supports hundreds of community members annually.

Our South Philadelphia location is home to Boys & Girls Clubs programs, including a new Teen Program, and to our Marconi Older Adult Program. Recent renovations have allowed us to meet our growing needs for the hundreds of members who use our programs throughout the year. On any given day, we’re hosting a full spectrum of activities that support children and their grandparents in the same building. That includes after-school tutoring and aquatic robotic competitions for youth; Zumba classes and counseling for seniors; and more.

The South Philadelphia Boys & Girls Club is licensed to serve 105 school-aged kids. South provides after-school and summer programming based on the Boys & Girls Club of America's model promoting academic success, good character, and healthy lifestyles.

Boys & Girls Clubs

South Philadelphia Boys & Girls Club offers after school, summer camp and more Out-of-School time activities for children ages 6–18. Activities include:

●        Fitness, sports and recreation

●        Arts, from drawing and painting to music and theater

●        Homework help and tutoring

●        Career development, health and life skills classes

●        Character and leadership development

Our kids participate in local, state, regional and national contests and activities.

Marconi Older Adult Program

For adults age 50+, our center offer meals and wide-ranging educational, social and recreational activities. Members take part in dance, art, theater, games, discussions and more.
