Caring People Alliance offers services that draw on the agency's expertise and leadership in several fields in the Philadelphia region. The new services provide technical assistance such as program development, evaluation and proposal writing, technology assistance and fiscal management to other nonprofits and government agencies on a fee-for-service basis.
